Advance Tech Engineering's (ATE) cells and systems are of the highest quality. Our plates are not hand cut, they are cut out with an automated laser cutting machine (CNC laser). This insures burr free edges and accuracy. Also, are plates are sand blasted to give the most surface area per plate that you can get. Our end plates are no longer made from acrylic. We now use 1/4" stainless steel end plates for the best durability. They too are cut out with an automated CNC laser, which makes for a really clean cut at precision accuracy. Our cells ARE the best you can buy. We pressure test them to make sure they will hold at least 25 psi and will hold up to 40 psi before blowing a gasket.

ATE has the best hydroxy producing process in the world! Our systems are more efficient and the plates last longer than anyone else’s. With our process, the plates remain clean, so hydroxy can be produced more efficiently than any other system. Plus the plates wear evenly so that they will last longer. These two cells were ran for 2 weeks straight using the same catalyst at the same power for the same amount of time! The rusty plates were ran using the method that everyone else uses, and the clean plates were ran using our process. How do we do it? We just understand how hydroxy and electroplating work. With our years of research and experience we will always be ahead of the competition! Our systems may cost a bit more than everyone else’s, but in the end, you will get what you pay for. Not only that, but we can answer any question, and resolve any of the myths you may have heard about hydroxy.
